Studio Bookings Cancellations & Reschedules
Cancellations of any kind are subject to NO REFUND POLICY. However, you may be able to reschedule your booking if your request is within a certain time frame from your scheduled event.
Please note: All requests submitted through the ‘Cancellation / Reschedule Form’ are time stamped so you have peace of mind when submitting your request – please allow up to *72hrs* for a response from one our team.
Tickets booked into Public Events.
If your booking is more than 72hrs from your scheduled event – you will be able to reschedule penalty free, which must occur at time of cancellation.
If your request is less than 72hrs of your booked experience start time or if you no show – due to limited seating *No refund will be given, and we will not reschedule you.
However, You can choose to transfer or sell your tickets.
If you are cancelling or rescheduling for a second time i.e. your booking is rescheduled from a previous cancellation – we will not reschedule your tickets – it will be up to you to transfer your tickets to a person of your choosing or your tickets will be forfeit.
Cancellations for bookings made with Creative Kids Vouchers.
Bookings made with a Creative Kids Voucher are subject to our No Refund Policy. Reschedules for bookings made with a Creative Kids vouchers are at the discretion of Paint and Sip Studios and are limited to event availability within the next 3 months only. If reschedules are not possible you will be advised and the voucher/booking will be forfeit.
NO SHOWS will forfeit their booking and voucher without exception.
Private Events, Mobile Popups, Team Building, Fundraising, Children’s Parties.
Securing a Private Booking;
Either (10) seats or purchase of a Private Event is required to secure your Private Event – without this, your date and time is not secure. Paint and Sip Studios does not hold dates open for pending bookings.
$250 of every Private group booking is taken as a non refundable deposit.
Final payment/bookings for all seats must be made by no later than 14 business days prior to your event date.
Cancellation of a Private Event, Mobile, Team Building or Fundraising Event.
If your Group is booked as a Private, Mobile Pop-up, Fundraising or Team Building Event and you cancel / reschedule more than one month in advance you will forfeit $250.00 of your booking as the NON- Refundable deposit taken and you will be credited the remainder of the booking to use within 3 months which must be booked at the time of cancellation.
For any individuals tickets of <3 cancelling in a Private Event the same policy applies as per Tickets booked into Public Events.
Cancellation charges or ticket forfeit may apply for any larger number of tickets cancelling from a Private Event. For guidance please speak to Paint and Sip Studios Bookings team.
If your Private event is cancelled / rescheduled within One Month of the event you will lose the entirety of your booking as we may not be able to reallocate that event having been held by you and your group.
Cancellation of a Children’s/Kids Party.
$150.00 of each Kids Party booking is the non refundable deposit.
If you cancel within 1 month of a Kids party booking you will lose the entire booking and not be entitled to any reschedule or credit.
If you cancel more than 1 month in advance you will forfeit $150.00 of your booking as the NON- Refundable deposit taken and you will be credited the remainder of the booking to use within 3 months which must be booked at the time of cancellation.
If you are cancelling for a second time (i.e. your booking is already rescheduled from a previous cancellation) – we will not reschedule your tickets – it will be up to transfer your event/booking/tickets if you so choose.
All reschedules must be allocated to events no later than 6 months post the original booking date – or the booking will be considered forfeit with no further consideration.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure the reschedule has taken place – Paint and Sip Studios will not send you reminders!.
