Sunday Special Pricing – for our unique Suggest a painting event.

To suggest a painting/subject please follow the below steps

Step. 1 – Be the first person or group to book a date and time with the **Suggest a painting place holder up.**

(Check seat numbers to ensure you are the first) – if you are unsure you are first to book – you can check by emailing Paint and Sip Studios @ support@paintandsipstudios.com.au

Step. 2 – Contact us within 24hrs of your booking via direct message on our Studio Facebook page

And reference the following:

• Event date:
• Event time:
• Your booking order number  (Your order number is the (6) digit number found on your confirmation email received after you book into the event.

And don’t forget to check your spam & junk for your order confirmation if you didn’t receive it directly post booking.

– In your message, also let us know your **Subject/Painting suggestion.

You must identify either a theme ( Examples are; Beaches | Animals | Starry Nights | Flowers etc ) or a painting you have seen previously on our website and/or Facebook page/s. And unique to the event time frame.  If you are unsure, our social media team can help you identify which paintings you can choose from.

> If we do not hear from the initial person that has booked into an event (within (48) hours of booking) – the right to assign the painting reverts back to Paint and Sip Studios and we will assign a painting for that event.

***Please Do not write your suggestion in your order notes – this does not count as a valid request as we do not check order notes for these type of events***

Step. 3 – After you suggest a theme – We will offer a few samples where available for you to decide from, keeping in mind your desired subject/theme.

Step. 4 – You choose a painting and we will allocate that painting to the designated event booked.

***IMPORTANT*** — Once a painting is up on the website – the process is final and this is what the artist will be taking the group through step by step.

*IMPORTANT* Suggest a Painting T&C’s:

• Paintings can only be from the Paint and Sip Studios catalogue – you can choose from paintings  that you may have seen before on our website and/or Facebook Pages/s or identify a theme/subject for samples to be sent to you.
• We do not accept paintings or pictures pulled from ANY external sources including Google and Pinterest.  If we have something similar, we may be able to accommodate that theme or subject. We fully respect the copyright of other artists.
• We do not accept Photographs taken by you.
• Suggest a painting EXCLUDES our Special Themed Range which includes but is not limited to: Journey to Hogwarts and other related themed paintings i.e – Day of the Dead | Special Characters | Paint your Pet etc.
• We will work with you around this process and let you know what is and what is not included.
• If you are unsure, please check before you book to avoid disappointment.

Note: We do not give you access to our entire catalogue for copyright protection – this process is a collaborative one and your subject idea is the key to working towards your chosen painting.

Family Friendly Event time.  

This event will run anywhere from 2hrs – 2.5hrs

The experience includes:

• Painting materials
• Your take-home canvas
• One of our talented Artists will guide you through step-by-step

Food and Drinks:

• Paint and Sip Studios Castle Hill is a BYO Studio.
• You can bring along your own food and drinks for an amazing evening.
• We do have a fridge if you wish to use it.
• We do recommend you bring your own utensils, cups and plates.
• Wine glasses are available for use.

More Details:

• Preparation time: You are requested to arrive at your seat 10min-15min prior to the experience start time to allow painting prep time.
• Please show your ticket to the Artist at the door. This can be a printed copy or a digital copy on your phone.
• Painting starts promptly at the start time allocated above.

Additional Information:

• Most events are aimed at adults. If you are bringing along a young person, please note: under 18’s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Events titled Family Friendly are aimed at approx. 5yrs plus. Children under 12yrs must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Due to insurance purposes and fire regulations, all guests in our studio must be paying participants – we cannot accommodate “just watching guests”.
